Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.  Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunetly, we are unable to cancel t-shirts, jumpers, mobile phone cases or tote bag orders once they have been placed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If under the rare occasion we are unable to fix any issues with your order, we will evaluate eligibility for a refund and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
